Jim Kimotho is the Managing Director of the mission and divides his time between Hope House and the other projects of African Growth Ministries (AGM). He has worked for AGM for almost 20 years now and has a wide range of experience.

Rosaline Knobbs is a retired nurse from Perth, Australia, who came to Kenya at the request of Pastors Glen and Rob Bruce in 2002 to help them start Hope House. She managed the home initially and is now the Marketing Manager. She is a volunteer and supported from Australia.

Margaret Njuguna is the Accountant for Hope House. She has been working with Hope House since 2005, initially volunteering for a few months to assist with the financial records before becoming a permanent member of the team.

Laizer Shiayukah was the first volunteer to help us care for the babies in 2002. After a short time she was employed and is now the Manager of Hope House. Amongst other things, she is also the Volunteer Coordinator.

Nancy Wanjiku has been part of the Hope House team for many years; she started as a child carer in 2005 but has recently moved to work in the office, assisting Rosaline and the team. She is still very involved with the kids as well and supports several of them with physiotherapy each day.
